I've been through four hearings with the resident tenancy office, and I'm very well versed in the rules and regulations governing Victoria and it's tenants. The purpose of this blog is to voice opinions, ask questions, and generally just provide information to those of us in the Victoria BC rental market. If I don't have the answers you seek, I will certainly do my best to steer you in the right direction, or perhaps someone else will know what you need.
